 Rent can be paid several ways ...

  • you can mail it to PO Box 2350, Monterey CA 93942,

  • you can drop it in our mail slot, come by the office 484 Washington St Monterey, CA,

  • or set it up online via your bank.

  • During business hours 8-5 you can call the office
    at 831-373-2222.

  • You can also click on our website on our "Maintenance Request" button and fill out all sections.

  • For after-hours/weekends please call 866-207-5247 for emergencies, this is defined by issues that will cause immediate harm to the property or to your family or others.

If you are not breaking your lease, we require a 30 day notice.

Please stop by the office and fill out a notice to vacate form and we will happy to explain the proper vacate notice and go over any questions you may have.

Once you have seen the inside of an available unit

  • everyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the unit MUST fill out an Application,

  • Provide Proof of Income

  • and pay a $30 Application Fee.
