How and where do I pay my rent?

you can drop it in our mail slot, come by the office 484 Washington St Monterey, CA,
or set it up online via your bank.
How do I make a maintenance request?
During business hours 8-5 you can call the office

For after-hours/weekends please call 866-207-5247 for emergencies, this is defined by issues that will cause immediate harm to the property or to your family or others.
How do I give my notice to vacate?
If you are not breaking your lease, we require a 30 day notice.
Please stop by the office and fill out a notice to vacate form and we will happy to explain the proper vacate notice and go over any questions you may have.
How do I Apply for an Available Unit?
Once you have seen the inside of an available unit
everyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the unit MUST fill out an Application,
Provide Proof of Income
and pay a $30 Application Fee.
